The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for processing refunds. Non-Refundable Items: Boats that have been used or show signs of wear and tear. Customized or personalized items. Items marked as clearance or final sale. Refund Process: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Replacement Policy Eligibility for Replacement: Replacements are offered for items that are defective, damaged upon delivery, or significantly different from the order placed.
