Refund Policy Eligibility for Refunds: Refund requests can be made within 14 days of receiving your O'pen Skiff boat. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for processing refunds. Non-Refundable Items: Boats that have been used or show signs of wear and tear. Customized or personalized items. Items marked as clearance or final sale. Refund Process: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Replacement Policy Eligibility for Replacement: Replacements are offered for items that are defective, damaged upon delivery, or significantly different from the order placed. Replacement requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the item. We may ask for photographic proof of the damage or defect for assessment. Replacement Process: Upon receiving and verifying the defective or damaged item, we will process the replacement order and ship the new item to you at no additional cost.
