Service Description
Supervised independent sailing for sailors who have completed First Splash or above. Tuesday package, Term 2: 7 sessions, 3:30-6:30 PM, on 17 Nov, 24 Nov, 1 Dec, 8 Dec, 15 Dec, 5 Jan, 12 Jan. Rs 2,500 per session, Rs 17,500 for the term, paid in full before the first session. Maximum 6 sailors, minimum 3, with a coach and rescue boat on the water throughout. Boats, rig and safety gear provided. This is a package: missed sessions count as used. Sessions we cancel for weather or safety are rescheduled. Mumbai only.
Cancellation Policy
WATER-SKILLS CLUB - WEEKDAYS (MUMBAI): TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Eligibility: Open to sailors who have completed First Splash or above. Eligibility is verified before the first session; ineligible bookings are refunded in full. 2. Package: Each term is a fixed package of dated sessions on either Tuesdays or Thursdays, 3:30-6:30 PM, priced at Rs 2,500 per session. The term fee covers every session listed for the day chosen. Tuesday and Thursday packages are booked separately. 3. Missed sessions: A session missed for any reason on the sailor's side counts as used. No refunds, make-ups, roll-over, or transfers between days, terms or sailors. 4. Sessions we cancel: If 24Seven cancels a session for weather, sea state, safety or low numbers, it does not count as used and will be rescheduled to a date we notify in advance. 5. Minimum numbers: Sessions run with a minimum of 3 sailors. If numbers fall short, we may cancel with 24 hours' notice (see 4). 6. Format: Supervised independent sailing, not a coached lesson. Maximum 6 sailors per session, with a coach and rescue boat on the water throughout. 7. Equipment and safety: Boats, rig and safety gear are provided. Buoyancy aids must be worn at all times on the water. The coach's decision on whether and where to sail is final. 8. Arrival: Arrive at least 15 minutes before the start. A sailor who arrives after the group has launched may not be allowed on the water, and the session counts as used. 9. Payment: Full payment is due before the term's first session. A place is confirmed only on payment. Maximum 6 places per day, per term. 10. Withdrawal: Fees are non-refundable once the term's first session has taken place. 11. Progression credit: 3 Water-Skills sessions = 1 Solo to Sailor session credit. This does not reduce fees. 12. Conduct: Sailors must follow the coach's instructions at all times. 24Seven may withdraw a sailor for unsafe behaviour, without refund. 13. Location: Mumbai only.
